About Paidy payments

  • We will issue an invoice on the 1st of each month, with finalized billing amounts due at the end of the month, and will notify you by email or SMS (short message) by the 3rd of the month.
  • Payment methods are convenience store payment (using a terminal installed at a convenience store), bank transfer, and direct debit. The payment deadline for convenience store payment and bank transfer is the 10th. For direct debit, the payment will be debited on the 12th*.
  • However, in January and May, the date may be the 20th*.
  • Depending on the payment method, a fee will be charged for each monthly payment (invoice). For convenience store payments, the fee is 356 yen (tax included), and for bank transfers, the transfer fee will be borne by the customer. For direct debit payments, no payment fee will be charged.

Regarding necessary fees other than the product price
The payment methods are as follows:

  • postage
  • Paidy convenience store payment fee: 356 yen (tax included)
  • Paidy bank transfer fees / Varies depending on each financial institution.
Shipping
 Domestic shipping is a flat rate of 900 yen (tax included) via Kuroneko Yamato, excluding Hokkaido, Okinawa, and other remote islands.
Shipping to Hokkaido, Okinawa, and other remote islands is 1,200 yen (tax included).
Free shipping for all regions for purchases of 15,000 yen (tax included) or more.

Product delivery time

  • Credit card payment: Payment is made at the time of purchase.
  • As a general rule, all in-stock items, excluding pre-order items, will be shipped within 3 business days.

Returns, defective products, and cancellations
If the product you ordered is unused and returned within 7 days of delivery, and meets the following conditions, we will exchange or refund it.
All shipping costs will be borne by us.

  • Initial failure
  • If the product is damaged during delivery (damage to protective packaging is not covered)
  • Incorrect product due to our mistake

We cannot accept returns or refunds for reasons of customer convenience. Thank you for your understanding. Also, if you would like to exchange a size, we will only accept it if the product is unused and we have it in stock, and shipping and handling fees will be borne by the customer.
