Paidy決済について

  • 毎月請求確定分を月末締めで翌月1日に請求書を発行し、3日までにEメール・SMS（ショートメッセージ）にてご案内いたします。
  • 支払方法は、コンビニ払い（コンビニ設置端末）、銀行振込及び口座振替となります。支払期日は、コンビニ払い及び銀行振込の場合は10日までとなります。口座振替の場合は12日*に引き落しとなります。
  • ただし、1月・5月度は20日*となる場合がございます。
  • 支払方法により、毎月のお支払（請求）毎に手数料が発生いたします。コンビニ払いの場合356円（税込）、銀行振込の場合は振込手数料をお客様にご負担いただきます。口座振替の場合、支払手数料は発生いたしません。

商品代金以外の必要料金について
それぞれの支払い方法に応じて下記のとおりとなっています。

  • コンビニ決済手数料 / 190円(税込)
  • Paidyコンビニ決済手数料 / 356円(税込)
  • Paidy銀行振込手数料 / 各金融機関により異なります。
送料について
国内発送は北海道・沖縄・その他離島を除きクロネコヤマトにて一律900円(税込)
北海道・沖縄・その他離島は1,200円(税込)とさせて頂きます。
15,000円(税込)以上のご購入で全地域を対象に送料無料となります。

 

商品の引渡時期

  • クレジットカード決済：商品の購入段階において決済されます。
  • コンビニ払い：お支払い完了後の発送となります。お支払い期限はご注文日から3日以内となっております。期限内にお支払いが完了されなかった場合は自動的にキャンセルとさせて頂きます。
  • 予約商品を除き、在庫がある商品は原則として3営業日以内の発送とさせて頂きます 。
返品・不良品・キャンセルについて
ご注文の商品が未使用で商品到着後７日以内、且つ下記の条件に当てはまる場合、交換又は返品にて対応させて頂きます。
その際にかかる送料は全て弊社が負担させて頂きます。
  • 初期不良
  • 配送中に破損した場合（商品保護のための商品パッケージなどの破損は対象外となります）
  • 弊社の手違いによる品違いなど

お客様のご都合による返品・返金の対応は致しかねます。あらかじめご了承くださいます様お願い致します。また、サイズ交換を希望する場合、在庫があるものに限り送料・手数料お客様ご負担にて商品が未使用のみ対応致します。

Product delivery time
Credit card payment:Payment is made at the purchase stage of the product.
Except for reserved items, in-stock items will be shipped within 3 business days in principle.

Regarding returned goods, defective products, and cancellation
If the ordered product is unused and within 7 days of arrival, and if the following conditions are met, we will respond by exchange or return.
We will cover all shipping costs.
Initial failure If damaged during delivery (damages such as product packages for product protection are not covered)
Product differences due to our mistakes.

We cannot accept returns or refunds due to the customer's convenience.
